THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TOGETHER WITH THE NATIONAL PARK POLICIES AND REGULATIONS (AND ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS GOVERNING THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YORKTOWN & CO LLC (A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY REGISTERED IN VIRGINIA) APPLY TO YOUR USE OF ANY SERVICES, TOURS, EXPERIENCES, AND WEBSITE USE WWW.YORKTOWN&CO.COM
ACCESS, PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY OF YORKTOWN & CO SERVICES OR OFFERINGS BY YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YORKTOWN & CO MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If you purchase tickets on the WEBSITE, You will need to SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE to YORKTOWN & CO staff at THE DESIGNATED TOUR BOARDING LOCATION. Please note that YORKTOWN & CO does NOT PRINT physical tickets.
Children 4 years and under may travel free of charge as long as they do not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger. All passengers under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. CAR SEATS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE STEAMER WAGON. CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF THEIR ACCOMPANYING ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
PER FEDERAL COMPLIANCE AND FOR THE COMFORT OF OUR GUESTS, Services are available for passengers requiring ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accommodation/accessibility. Please call or email ahead so Yorktown & Co can make appropriate arrangements. The Steamer Wagon is ADA accessible with advanced notice to prepare.
YORKTOWN & CO reserves the right to deviate from the route in the event of INCLEMENT WEATHER, UNFORESEEN OBSTACLES ON THE TOUR ROADS, PARADES, POLITICAL GATHERINGS, SPECIAL EVENTS, or where reasonably appropriate to do so in the light of circumstances beyond YORKTOWN & CO'S control.
YORKTOWN & CO reserves the right to end a tour before the scheduled time in the event of PARK CLOSURES, INCLEMENT WEATHER, UNFORESEEN OBSTACLES OR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND YORKTOWN & CO'S CONTROL.
In the event Yorktown & Co is unable to provide service during the scheduled tour time for a valid, paid in full ticketed guest, a full or partial refund will be issued to the guest.
No credits will be issued or permitted.
Tickets and tours must be paid in full before boarding the Steamer Wagon.
The consumption of alcohol on board the Steamer Wagon is prohibited at all times.
Smoking and vaping is prohibited while on the Steamer Wagon and at the National Park sites.
Food is prohibited while on the Steamer Wagon.
Non-alcoholic drinks are permitted while on the Steamer Wagon.
Yorktown & Co reserves the right to require any person to leave a tour if it deems his/her conduct offensive or problematic to other passengers, or if behaving constitutes a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers. Proper law enforcement will be contacted. In extreme cases, the tour will pause while waiting for Federal Law Enforcement to arrive at the location.
No refunds will be given should a guest be removed from a tour for improper, problematic or dangerous behavior.
All law enforcement issues will be handled via the Federal National Park Rangers and York County Police.
Yorktown & Co will allow a service animal to assist a person with a disability. The service animal will not be permitted to occupy a passenger seat and must remain on the floor of the vehicle.
