About this experience

Climb on board Yorktown & Co's Replica Stanley Steamer Wagon and ride in style through Colonial National Historical Park Battlefields. This unique experience is an NPS certified and permitted tour. 

Ride through the Battlefields to see Redoubts 9 & 10, take a moment to envision and feel the perseverance of our Nation's independent spirit,  see the location of Redoubt 10 where Alexander Hamilton led a victorious attack in the dark of night.

 The tour ride continues through the National Park to the Moore House, where the Surrender terms were negotiated between Lord Cornwallis and General Washington and to the hallowed grounds of Surrender Field where the British surrendered. This scenic ride then guides you through the National Park past the site of the field hospital and French cemetery. This 1 hour tour finishes back where it began at Little York Confectionery in the Heart of Historic Yorktown.

Mobjack Coffee Roasters, located in the Cole Digges House c1726, is right next door to Little York Confectionery and offers expertly roasted coffees, espresso, wine, beer, baked goods, paninis, soup and salads. 

In the mood for something sweeter? Little York Confectionery, located in the Somerwell House c 1690, offers ice cream, house made chocolates, candies, cold drinks and espresso selections.

*Guests remain seated on the Steamer Wagon while visiting the HIstoric Sites.
